A five story historic landmark building in Virginia, Minnesota that was purchased from the Tini Family in October of 2008, is fast becoming a new dream come true for the new owner, April (Bergquist)Tatur.   She was born and raised in Mountain Iron.  April decided on the the name    because of  working with so many "T 's" ...Tini to Tatur as well as their two children Trent and Tristana.   "The name just felt right to me.  I truly feel it is an honor to work on a property that will be one hundred years of age in 2013!!"

Formerly Tini Square, located at Chestnut and Third Avenue, has now changed hands for only the third time in it's almost 100 year history.   Originally housing the First National Bank, the original safes are still throughout the property.   Vincent A. Tini purchased it when the bank moved to another location.     Keeping it in the family; Renee Tini Prout, and her two brothers John and Duante, took over until the recent purchase by April Tatur.
