- A facelift on the main level to include updated paint throughout and a hotel feel in the main level common area for your leisure. (And to invite a visit from our patrons)
- This website for leasing options and our current tenants, to list information you would like for your customers
- Main level business promotion areas in the lobby common areas throughout..and the possibility of MORE
- Renovation of our common area hallways and the main level bathrooms...time table on those to be determined
- Exterior smoker - this is already in place on the exterior of the building for your ash/butt convenience
- Back door panic bar - to assist in the ease of locking and unlocking throughout our business day
- New main level paint and decor
- New exterior door logos - you will see the new building name, tagline and monogram logo throughout the common areas of the building
